We ship all online orders within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping currently.
Free Shipping Eligibility:
Within the continental United States (the contiguous 48 states), SHIPPING is FREE for machines.
We primarily use UPS for shipping within the United States. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer will be sent using the manufacturer's preferred carrier (either UPS or FedEx). Packages weighing less than 1 pound may be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified. Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is provided, the merchandise will be shipped via USPS.
All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekdays before 2 pm Pacific time will usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 pm, Saturday, or Sunday are processed on Monday. Processing and shipping do not occur on weekends or holidays.
Expedited shipping is effective based on when the item is sent out, not from the time the order is placed. If an item is in stock, we can generally have it sent out the same day we receive an order. Items that must be special-ordered or drop-shipped by the manufacturer cannot be sent through an expedited method.
Any customer who refuses their package will be charged the original shipping cost, plus the cost of shipping to have the item returned back to us.
At Aaron’s Sew and Vac, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
How to Return an Item: To initiate a return, please contact us via phone or email at email@example.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on returning your purchase. Please do not attempt to return an item without an RMA number, as different products must be returned to different locations.
• Unopened Merchandise: Unopened items can be exchanged or refunded. "Unopened" means the packaging is intact, and all seals are unbroken.
• Opened Merchandise: Opened items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The item must be returned in its original factory carton, undamaged, with all accessories, warranty card, and manuals. Missing or damaged items will incur additional charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and items originally shipped with Free Shipping will have outbound shipping fees deducted from the refund.

Defective Merchandise: If you receive a defective item, please notify us immediately to arrange for a repair, replacement, or exchange. Aaron’s Sew and Vac covers all shipping and return costs for defective products.
